WHAT IS THE WINDOW FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. requests raised after this period will not be accepted
ARE REFUNDS PROVIDED?
No. all approved returns are issued strictly as Nomad gift cards.
No cash, bank, wallet, cod, or original payment method refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
All products are dispatched from our warehouse withinΒ 24hrsΒ and would takeΒ 2 to 7 working days depending on the PincodeΒ to be delivered.
HOW ARE EXCHANGES HANDLED?
Exchanges are processed within 24β48 hours once the product is received by us and our team will thoroughly check the items once the quality check is successfully passed we will start the exchange request process. Please note that the complete exchange process, including transit and inspection, may take up to 7β10 days.
Exchanges are subject to product, size, and stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable or discontinued, a gift card of equivalent value will be issued.
IS THERE A PICKUP FEE FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN?
Shipping is absolutely free but there is a βΉ150 pickup fee will be charged for both exchanges and returns.
WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS?
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, labels & packaging.
Items showing signs of use, damage, odour, alteration, or washing will be rejected without exception.
