We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of successful delivery. Requests initiated beyond this period will unfortunately not be accommodated. All approved returns are processed exclusively as Nomad Gift Cards, redeemable on future purchases. Please note that refunds to cash, bank accounts, wallets, COD, or the original payment method are not supported. While shipping is complimentary, a ₹100 pickup fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
