We hope you love every Nomad piece you receive. If you wish to request a return or exchange, it must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, with original tags intact, and in their original packaging. Certain items, including customized or limited-edition pieces, may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Approved returns are processed strictly as Nomad Gift Cards. Refunds to cash, bank accounts, wallets, COD, or original payment methods are not supported. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed information.
